Can amazon track ip address of a 3g tablet?

Amazon tracks IP address of a seller account where it was accessed from. I opened a new account with a rented office space and check my email/inventory etc from there. never check it from home as amazon can track and link IP address from old account. What if I get a 3G tablet and check seller account from home. Can amazon link that 3G ip address with my home wireless address?
Please help
