vanllia for buyer account

If i want to create a bulk of amazon buyer account to buy something from my account, do i need to worry about linking between this buyer accounts? an different ip is enough? it is ok to buy many vanllia or gift card for that?

Different IP is not enough, although amazon doesn't pay the same attention to buyer accounts (compared to seller accounts).
Use the information provided in Amazon Ghost to build these accounts.

By the way, is there a way for foreigners to buy vanilla cards online?

yes, have you done this? i can run ghost seller account without problem. but for buyer account to boost my feedback. i think it need some extra attention?
