Amazon UK Account Set Up Documents
 

Hi everyone, I have a quick question I'm hoping someone here can shed some light on.

Is anyone familiar with the documents Amazon requests for UK account set up? They have requested 4 documents including: Business Address Verification, Business Registration Verification, Personal Address Verification and Personal Identification

As far as the business documents go, does anyone have any idea if Amazon actually calls to verify on these documents? For example, will they call our landlord and to find out who our building is actually being rented to? And will they check to find out if the company is actually registered?

The reason I ask is because we have no problem providing our address to our building and providing business registration documents but if they dug deeper into it, they may find that the business is registered under a name that was suspended in the past.

Do they just take the documents and verify all the information against what's been added to the account?
