What the heck? Amazon is saying
 

Well I was going to try and set up a Amazon acct, never had a selling acct, when I typed in my email-it came up with my EBAY account name ( sec protection) now how on earth did it come up with that --is Ebay and Amzon the same thing? Then I tried to be verified and have them call me, and it said they called 3x and could not reach me, the phone never rang 1 time--now again how on earth did they get my ebay user name

Amazon doesn't have that information but your computer does, that Data is stored so it makes it easier than typing in the same information everytime, you can easily change this in your settings if you like

Did you set up an account and go through all the steps with putting phone, address etc?
Maybe someone else is using your info but changed some things like phone etc.

Go make a new account with different email. Easier than trying to deal with amazon support.

You probably have autosaved field turned on...which browser you using OP?
