Policy warning from Amazon-strange
 

I got a strange message from Amazon today. Does anyone encounter this issue before?

The question is I have never ever done things like what the email states. I don't know what can cause them to think I am doing what they accused me of doing. Any ideas?

I just got the same e-mail Also have the same question as you Yllinu. I have no idea what this is, specially because I did nothing I haven't even confirm the shipment yet.

how would they know anyway? are they checking the tracking validity and it comes up invalid or not dropped off yet? If you have not dropped it or not collected yet, that should be ok, as it is still at a valid stage?

They have a pesky bot..... mind all their bot's are pesky but....

OP: did you make any amendment or alteration to anything to do with shipping?

In my case I did everything as usual. An order came on Friday and processed it right away and drop it in the mail Saturday morning.

Seems strange...

The only thing I did was to change the shipping date in the setting to 4-14 business days. And I notice the delivery date on the listing becomes 8-24 days. I don't know how they calculate this.

Yeah, I haven't even confirm the shipment yet,too.
