Unrestricted Items on Amazon?

I was kind of wondering what items aren't restricted on amazon cause everywhere I look every listing is basically restricted from selling unless you can get pass their approval process.

If possible I was wondering what everyone else was selling on Amazon if its not wrong to ask.
