anyone ever had account reinstated after 2nd suspension?
 

I have just had my account suspended today for low ODR. it had been suspended back in july fr same and got reinstated. any idea if i have a chance at appeal and getting reinstated?

I did on an account doing 7 figures, had an ODR from scamming buyers at about 3% during holidays and got reinstated.

Ive had an account suspended 5 times in the past before until eventually we were suspended for good.

Ive learnt from that now though :)

this morning just came to my stealth account to find out it has been linked and suspended...i think they linked it from me selling the same products on other account and also the guy who does my data entry does it on both accounts...sucks for me.....is there a chance of reinstating my original account after linking to suspended acct?

I personally haven't made it past the second one. First one was defect rating and second one was the same problem. I was basically out of excuses and said the same things I said last time except in different verbiage. If you keep getting suspended for the same thing I don't see how it's possible to make it past 2, I had a feeling in my gut that I was done too. Sometimes....you just have that feeling.

OP got reinstated once and then suspended again for the same reason....I doubt highly on the reinstatement this time

There is always a chance, but it may be slim.

Sometimes you have to be persistent if you want results. We had an account which was also suspended and then reinstated 4 times. Good luck.

I think you get 3 shots at it per year from what I've experienced. I've had 3 accounts that got permanently suspended after the 3rd try within a year.

I'd love more details on the guy that got a "get out of jail" pass 5 times. Was it within a year?

Different reasons, my first ever account. Trademark violations (selling on listings which sellers claim the ownership), poor metrics, counterfeit items.

Ive learnt a lot since then, i don't remember the last time i was suspended for reasons within my control.

Rookie mistakes i guess, as long as you can learn from them.

Mine was over a period of 2 years, 3 times in 1 year i believe, and twice the next year.
