So just write down a list of used IPs so they do not conflict between accounts.

No my friend, I never said that I used 8 account, well check my user ID, about the modem if do what you say, will be the same, as IPs will be changing every time. Dinamic IPs.

You need to check your IP wether its dynamic or static. Go to whatsmyip.org and see what your IP is. Unplug your modem leave it for 30 secs. Then check your IP, if its changed you are dynamic, if not then you are static and need find another solution, mobile dongle,VPN etc.

Yes, I know is dinamic, and of course, I unplug it for more than 30 seconds and gives me different IPs, I just want to be sure if that was the problem, if changing the modem can resolve the problem for next time, and cannot get VPN for IP from Dominican Republic, as I'm in Dominican Republic, I was searching for a VPN service that provides Dominican IPs, but cannot find.

You can order a server from these guys to get a dominican IP:
Estrelatel, Estrela Telecom
But prices are quite bad.

Machine1 please help in a hurry. I was suspended 4 months ago because of low ODR and they never wanted to reinstate my account. 5 Days ago a created another new account, with new Laptop, new name, new email address, new, phone, new IP(dinamic IP as I only use a Modem to connect to Internet and same Modem), new address(only same street address with different house number).

Today I received a message from Amazon that my selling privileges have been removed because this account is related to another selling account that was closed by Amazon. What was the problem, how they linked my account, how can I appeal this decision?... Thank you.

There your problem you said:new address(only same street address with different house number)............. LOL you cant do that . That's why u got linked. If you going to make a new account,t do it another city or town area . Please don't list the same items you did for at least more than 30 days .
