So we can't use VCC like entropay or neteller? Any other options do I have because I am non-US, and I can't buy physical gift cards from stores in the states.. I can only rely on the internet.. :(

YOU DON'T NEED TO BUY UK VCC, YOU CAN USE US VCC TO OPEN HERE.SAME FOR UK seller,they can use uk vcc to open US acc.
