out of state LLC opening bank account
 

So I will be opening an out of state Nevada or Wyoming LLC.

But the problem I read about is that most banks will require you to register your out of state LLC in your home state as well (they want an in-state business license) if you want to open up a business account for your LLC.

How do you guys get around this? Do you just open up a personal checking account instead of a business?

I hear there may be some banks who will allow out of state LLCs to open up a business checking account without having to have an in-state business license. Does anyone know which banks this is?

Welcome to Las Vegas, Bank of America lets LLCs out of state, Chase does not. Thats all I know.
