Att Hot Spot Questions

I have set up a new Amazon account and using Att hot spot to access internet. The concern is that it is a dymanic Ip (changes every time) and is probably shared with many. Is this safe to use? Has anyone over used this successfully in the past? Any information will be appreciated.
