Instant bank accounts request
 

hello, i have just registered for amazon EU marketplaces. and i see that they dont let me to sell, untill i add a valid bank account. on amazon. com i could have added bank account whenever i want. is it usual there on EU marketplace, or there is something wrong with my setup, and they are going to suspend me right after adding a bank account ?

I have recently open UK acc, added bank after verification complete. no prob at all.

did you have to add it before start selling ? or whenever you wanted ?

So now they want a bank account added before you can receive payments right?

Just created another stealth both the same - they want bank added before they activate your account. Not too big a problem, you need a bank for it to begin with but I normally like to do some selling before adding a bank.

they got me suspended on the day for the first scheduled payout wanting to update my legal entity. idk how to handle it as i dont live in UK :/

Legal entity means the type of business you are running

Sole trader they will want UTR document ID and utility usually and LTD company they will want ID of directors plus incorporation doc

Anyone been asked to provide a bank statement after providing other I.D on an established selling account? Statement must contain name/address and acc number. Would using Ghost details but real account number on a statement (scan) cause any issues?

The statement request may be triggered when changing from an individual to business selling account (I’m not sure).

Yes before you can list any item on Amazon you have to add your bank account, card details. Otherwise your selling account will not be approved.

@sirouscat the bank document will be approved as long as it matches the details you have on file with Amazon. Should be fine Amazon can't verify your bank account
