EIN and LLC ?'s
I am about to open a new account I already got an EIN number but was wondering if I go over 20k in sales what name will be on the 1099 form my real name or my stealth name for example if my real name was johnathan smith and I used johnny mith as my stealth name would that work?
Also I would like to know if I open a LLC and use that EIN number for the tax ID would that name pop up on the form? When filling out a new seller account do I still use my stealth name and add my business name? |
