Amazon Feedback

I have 2 negative recent feedback which take my feedback to 71%.
This is very frustrating as I do not receive feedback on amazon at all.

I am really tempted to purchase these fiverr feedback but I scared that Amazon already know these accounts and will find out.

You could try contacting the buyers who left the negative feedback and offer them sort of incentive to remove the negative feedback.

Maybe apologise that they were not happy with the service and products and you can offer a discount or refund/return if they remove the negative feedback. Worth a try

Re: Amazon Feedback

What was the feedback that they left? Amazon are very good about moving negative feedback from people if their problem is with the item. It's worth a try anyway.

What are your order defect rates? If you haven't gone above the 1% allowed, it doesn't matter, but I'm guessing you have. The feedback % isn't important, just what's on the ODR page. I have seen many sellers with a low percentage score (70-80%) and they have been active for 6 months+

Removing feedback is easy-peasy, just do it through the form; most of the time feedbacks can be removed as feedback on amazon must follow a policy and it's absolutely different policy in comparison to ebay. You could try offering partial or full refund for the item. I usually have premade messages for any cases that might occur.

its not easy peasy when the customer claims the item isn't as described when it was.

It all depends on the wording but removing feedback on amazon is much easier than on ebay where you have to covince a buyer to do so and you are also limited to how many feedback requests you can send and make sure buyer doesnt forget to do it before its expiration date. I remove 99% of the feedback on amazon one way or another.

Both feedback were that items not as described. They received the wrong color. Its amazing that we have so many sales and only those who are not happy leave us a feedback.
I have refunded both buyers and one agree to remove the feedback but hasn't. The other has not responded.

I suggest first trying to remove feedback through amazon and only in case it fails then contacting a buyer to resolve an issue.

The fact that one agreed to remove is a good sign to amazon. I had the same issue where the buyer agreed but never did anything about it. I contacted amazon and they were good at removing it.

You have to avoid negative feedback at all cost.

Next time, tell the sellers that they will receive a full refund + a free replacement, upon removing their negative feedback.

Some people are insane, but its pretty easy to avoid them. I haven't had negative feedback in years

Why did they receive the wrong color?

A fault with the monitor colors or a fault in despatching?

If the last one, make sure that person take better care in the future.

Accounts are too precious to lose .

Hardly the type of question an seasoned amazon seller should ask.

Have you given amazon away again because of all those other projects?

If you read all the posts by your compatriot in this very thread, he explained the steps.

1)Go here https://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/...ctus_foot_home

AMAZON LINK

2)http://i60.tinypic.com/10wk1t1.png

There you would input the order # and mark, which violations the customer has put. I always mark more than few.

Amazon and ebay are different beasts to tame.

But we are here to help others and sometimes need it ourselves :thumb:
