what can i use for the deposits from amazon.cam?
payoneer with sleth name and address and my real po box so i can get the card?
i cant seem to understand the "prepaid" card.

Bank deposits are the preferred option, not prepaid cards.

can you please be more specific? i am looking for a way to have a bank account AND credit card so i can withdraw the payments from amazon via ATM.
do you know if payoneer.com requires matching name on amazon for deposits?
i live in israel, do you have any other solution for this?
payoneer is my best option at this moment. they can send the card to me here in IL and i can go to any atm i wand and get my payment in cash.

i cant seem to understand what i should do.
do you know of any other bank with a credit card for non-residence?

yes . based in the US. i have used my current cards in account that met their demise .

IF you are in the US why don't you go to a normal bank like BoA, Chase, TD...get regular bank accounts
