Neteller with amazon
 

i understand that the best way for us to share is to ask a more specific question, so i want to use neteller/payoneer for buying AND selling on amazon,
is that ok?
i will be creating a new account using my dad info with all new system pc and modem.
can i cash out via atm with neteller here in israel?

Don't use your dad info - go stealth.

Have you tried with Payoneer yet? Worth a try - I have had success in past (late 2014) - lately I havent re-tried though

See how quick you get a response by doing it this way rsot came to the rescue right away, hopefully you're taking notes per subject that you're interested in.

Thanks sln531 - I will admit that my experience with Neteller in Israel is severely limited however.

i cannot do that cuz i cannot open a us account under my name.
i had a payoneer card but i used it in my seller acc that got suspended so i can't use those details again.
any way to help me around this?
i have searched the web for banks that work with IL but no success.
that is the only thing stopping me from going "stealth"
