As I said earlier Barry it seems you are unable to read and understand,
1, where did I say I lost an account through linking?
2, accounts doing £3m lost, no they got back on.
3, I did not say amazon UK staff go to the Philippines to deal with amazon.co.uk queries, if you read my post, amazon send management members to set up these off shore divisions.
4, JUST SEND AN E MAIL YOURSELF TO jeff@amazon.com from your amazon UK e mail about a sensible query and within 10 days you will get a reply from the UK, try it.
Figures and money is not embarrassing for me,maybe for you though, but I will not boast but I would guess not even knowing you I make 50 times more income a month from amazon than you.
ALSO if you look at the original post its from an Indian customer on amazon.com which differs from the UK.

its remind me virtual fight with Micky(Taking The Micky-- its not u) with other guy almost 5-6 months before and forum banned him. nothing personal here, we just share our thought. It might be wrong/right. you guys r really funny. lol
