If you list internationaly they can and you can stipulate how much shipping they will pay in settings, which is always a wise thing to do when you list international, so they know there will be more postage to pay to get your item.

You don't need to create a seperate Amazon account to sell international, it's an option you can take up from your account you have now, so that the answer to your second question as well, you should be able to sell and despatch from your home address, if it's your original account of course, to Amazon.ca destinations, I know I can sellabd despatch to Europe from my home address.

Tony, if you are selling on US then you have an account on CA. They are linked with a drop down menu, like the EU site.

I got this when I select amazon.ca from the drop down menu

Yes but you are a US citizen selling on Canada. Just use the same info as the .com account. I recently opened an EU account from the US and had to do the tax interview for the EU site via .com.
