In Suspension - Under Review
 

My account was suspended for a copyright infringement. I appealed with steps to take care of the issue and steps going forward. They emailed back and said thanks for the info, now take those steps and email us back. So, did all of that and emailed back. Amazon emailed me back and said thanks for that, your account is now under review and will take 2-3 days.

In the meantime, I got the copyright owner (the person who made the NOIC complaint) to email Amazon and withdraw their complaint. Hopefully that will help.

My question is after their review, what will happen: close account for good or reinstate?

If they close account, do they delete it, or give me a chance to recover inventory?

Got reinstated today!


So now my new question: Should I create a stealth account to have a backup and grow that one slowly, or is it too risky and may jeopardize my main account?

If I do a stealth account, I would use an LLC that i had from a long time ago and never used, a new user account on my computer and 24vc fresh plan.

Stealth backup account is recommend but don't start before you understand how to stealth, how amazon link an account.

Don't know what 24vc fresh plan is.

If you make a real stealth account then there is no risk as there shouldn't be a link. the more accounts you have the less risk of you losing everything.

Of course should always have as many backups as possible, never want to put all your eggs in one basket, can make a new user account or use VMware, and yeah a fresh ip from 24vc would work great for that
