Banned ASIN ( Amazon) Help.
 

I Received this from Amazon Today! It's my second notification one this year. Account wasn't limited however, the ASIN was blocked.

"We are writing to let you know that we have removed offers from our site on the following product. We took this action because we have received customer complaints about the authenticity of the products sold against this ASIN. "

I believe other sellers were piggybacking ⊗⊗⊗⊗ items. I sell authentic electronics however, I receive from unauthorized dealer. I have perfect feedback for over 75 transactions (5/5). I was thinking about doing the following. I would really appreciate your advice!

1. Should I provide ⊗⊗⊗⊗ documentation supplier info/invoices/contact info etc ( consequences ?)
2. Delete, receive inventory back, and make a the same exact listing. (what will happened if I take this route ?)

What colour is the block symbol against your product?

Two things happened. At first, we only received a notice that that this ASIN is under review (no action taken), and today we received the "yellow" block symbol and blocked from the ASIN.

We have sold close to 1000 units and I'm almost certain the listing was closed because of review that said the item was ⊗⊗⊗⊗.

@ TakingtheMicky - All of the 1000 units sold were fulfilled by amazon. I recently removed the remaining stock about 30 units.

Create a new seller account and start selling it again, or delete the product from you stock file, delete the FBA listing and re-list, leave it 3 or 4 days. Done this many times and never had a problem. Others will have different opinions.

Other members please provide input.

I was thinking about creating my manufacturer information (receipts, agreements etc) and sending that to them. I am not authorized dealer however, product is authentic .
