Just got approved on Amazon and also ungated
 

I was banned from Amazon almost a year ago. I was very nervous to reopen, I created an LLC, bought a new computer, change my cable box, my router, bought a prepaid phone . I also have a new credit card a new bank account, a new address. I followed every step I have read about. I filled out the merchant questionnaire . Once I was finished with that I realized that they have gated categories. I managed to get ungated. I am still nervous and have not listed anything yet. I have some new inventory but most of it is my old inventory. Do they keep track of accounts even a year later ? I lost a lot of income by being banned. also if I log in on my Amazon account with a new phone which has the old phone number associated with my old account , can they see that ? I logged in once to see if I was ungated or not and realized I used the wrong phone.

Yes, Most large companies can store old account info practically forever.

Are you login into the Amazon account with your phone via web browser? Amazon can't see the phone number associated with the phone.

Yes large companies keep information FOREVER unless they get hacked and it gets deleted.

they will not be able to detect your phone number if you don't use the number to call them.

Thanks a lot for your comment . I travel a lot so my store will be open when I can ship and then it will be closed when I travel . Is this detrimental to s new company ?

Be careful with 3rd party software also like endicia or stamps for shipping. If u use the same account from your old account to do anything with your account, then this will be connected also and u will get into trouble. Iv come as far "ungating" and then used my old shipping account and there goes my 3rd try in 2 years (2nd try within 6 months). Finally came upon this site and all its perks and getting ready again.

Are you saying that Endicta and Stamps.com don't work for stealth?

Because I've seen a lot of posts from other members that contradict this info.

@Palaupacific - need to vary up the articles you are selling to avoid pattern tracking - like a 1:5 of old to new ratio or something like that

I use stamps.com. You got me scared now . I was going to put the return address as my p.o box . Can they link me ?

Are you sure they don't link . I was going to do that . Let me know ASAP. I would not want to jeopardize my hard work a simple detail like that

GhostofAmazon, not with stealth but with Ghost since Palaupacific is asking about A-Z, although jeffweico told me otherwise. Shipstation seems to work with multiple accounts with eBay and Amazon. My 2nd failure might be due to some other factors or several similar factors all taken together.

Newbie: STOP fear-mongering. Stamps.com OWNS ShipStation, which Jeff has already, on multiple occasions, declared SAFE for stealth.
