How come I reused a bank and nothing happens
 

I was extremely tired so I used an already suspended bank account with Amazon by mistake and now it's been 3 weeks since the suspended bank was added, I received funds and nothing happens, still got perfect rating.

How am I still not suspended? perhaps they can't even see the bank account numbers? or it takes more than 3 weeks to suspend me for this? maybe they're waiting for more funds to come in so they can take more from me?

Any ideas?

It sounds like you lucked out. But it COULD BE TEMPORARY! Amazon may look more closely at the account when it pays out, or when there is a review, or whatever. If they match against an existing banned account with the same bank account, it will be toast.

Since it is too late to do anything about it, I say just proceed as if all is normal, but with the understanding that the account COULD be closed at anytime.

Don't sell more is one disbursement period than you can afford to lose.

I think they have an algorithm that lights up when details match. My main theory is that they want to lock more funds. The second theory is that I used an Aussie bank which was suspended with Aussie details and now this same bank was used with full Israeli details, including CC and phone. Perhaps the algorithm matching numbers only inside the same country accounts. I bet someones US bank account is matching with some Latvian/Zimbabwe bank account number. The third theory is that I just got lucky :)
Anyway, I think I'll stop selling on this account to avoid any risk.

I wonder if when I'll get suspended I can just say on the phone that I gave my cousin in Israel to use my bank because in Israel they can't attach a bank? do you think they might release the hold and maybe even let me sell with a suspended bank?

How long ago did you use this bank account with amazon? Which country is bank in.

It's Aussie bank, funds from suspended acc was withdrawn a week ago after the 90 day hold. Funds on the new account was sent to the same bank couple of days ago and arrived safely and nothing happens.

You are lucky, unless there is some data protection act in Australia stating that companies are not allowed to hold bank account details.

Perhaps they can only see last 2-6 digits? if nothing alse match(not even one product or even country) I can keep using the same bank? I seriously need to check this.

Amazon USA has a time limit on dead acct info
before they seemingly erase it.
How long they keep info I can't tell you.

With the data processing amazon have they could keep it forever for a minimal cost. They will only erase it is its against legislation.

Sometimes things slip through the net with Amazon. I don't know why since its automated but it happens.

Be very careful with this account. Of at some point you go through a review and you pass it then maybe you have got lucky or there's another reason.

But don't go investing more money into it than you are comfortable losing.

In the UK ive done this with an old bank account and it worked. But it's not been through a proper review yet and that's when Amazon pick things up.
