Thoughts on Amazon Stealth Plan
 

I can't seem to find a straight answer to this question,

If I were to create a new Amazon Stealth account with a false address/name & attach a LLC TAX ID, do I need access to that address eventually when it comes to taxes?

Does Amazon ever mail any forms under your Amazon name and address?

To answer your question regarding does amazon mail any papers to you for taxes...

Yes and no.... the only paper you will ever get is a 1099 for taxes sent to you when you break $20,000. If you don't you won't get anything.

If you do break 20k and they send it to your false address, that is ok, because you can download the 1099 from your azon account. You won't need the paper one.

So what happens to the 1099 that was mailed to the false address?

Good question... it will most likely go to that address and who ever gets it will send it back to the Post office as a wrong address or the person will toss it.

Sweet, that's exactly what I was looking for.

Also one more quick question, since I will have a false name and address on my stealth account, when attaching a LLC the only thing that must match is the business name I provide, correct?
