So what's the trick on not having EIN?
Is it as simple as saying New Ein opened within 60 days and AZ does not check till 1 month later and you keep doing it, ........?

Amazon asks for a TAX ID when you reach 50 sales. If you come close to going over the 200 items and $20,000 threshold or you ignore them long enough, they will suspend the account until you provide the information.
As far as I know, there is no "secret" way of avoiding giving them a tax-id. One person DID ask me once if they could use someone else's SSN and I said, sure, if you want to go to jail!

I was under the impression you had to enter something in the tax form just to get into the main seller central. I haven't really tried without doing that. Is there a way around it?

you have to enter something.
My understanding is that if you tell AZ that the number was created before 6 month AZ does not check it right away and you can get away by a couple months that way

When an EIN is issued, it takes about 2 weeks to propagate throughout the IRS' systems. Amazon knows this. So, you CAN check that box for some leeway, but not months and months worth.
I wouldn't try to do anything fancy when using SSN's or EIN's or you MIGHT end up in a world of trouble. EIN's are easy enough to get, so I don't see what the issue is anyways.

Some people might wait until Amazon asks them for the tax-id and then stall, while continuing to sell, until Amazon suspends the account.
Some people might use SSN's belonging to their wife or kids.
There is no magic way around it. Whether you give them an SSN or an EIN, the IRS will verify that the names match. In the case of an SSN, the name you supply must match EXACTLY what is on your social security card. In the case of an EIN, the business name must match EXACTLY what is on file with the IRS. The IRS only returns a response of MATCH or NO MATCH. They do not correct information or supply any other information.
Also, you should be aware that when you apply for an EIN, you will receive the number immediately, but it takes about 2 weeks to propagate though all of the IRS' systems.

But with Amazon it's different than eBay and it makes sense to get an EIN , u really don't need a lot of accounts so just get an EIN, there's no way around it if you make 50 sales, it's an IRS law for all PAYMENT PROCESSORS

The only way around it is to make a ton of accounts , sell 50 items, than toss the account till next year and move to a new account
Not sure where u are getting the idea that this your able to avoid this IRS REQUIREMENT

I quote:
YOU DON'T NEED EIN'S OR LLCS!
GIVE AMAZON CAKE!
THEY JUST REQUIRE RESUBMISSION OF THE INFO EVERY 30 DAYS!
The 1099-K policy is in its infacy...it was started in 2011. Believe me, the IRS will take your money with or without a 1099-K. Self-report your income, or don't....that's not the subject of this forum.
You can pay your taxes without ever getting a business license, LLC, or EIN. You simply report your Gross income, your expenses, etc and pay the amount you owe. If this is to confusing for you to understand, consult a tax professional.
But please, don't come here whining about LLCs and EINs. They are NOT necessary to sell stuff on eBay/Amazon, not even for multiple accounts. This "you need an EIN to be legitimate" rumor needs to STOP!
The IRS couldn't care less if you classify yourself as an LLC or Sole Proprietor, so long as you pay your taxes!

"Yes there is a trick none of my 30 accounts has ein number or ssn but I still have to pay taxes because they go to a real bank account that's under my name"

2007 and 2015 is a huge difference, the IRS implemented the tax ID requirement within the last 2 years maybe 3
