Change number for pin?

Dont know or remember if I was banned from individual seller ages ago however need to get seller back.

I have no messages saying I was banned logging in my normal account so I tried to verify phone with mobile and changed the one listed to a new one but nothing happens. No text message or anything and how do I change original number anyway as when click edit address the number is not listed?
