Creating a new account in Amazon Europe
 

Hi All,
I have been banned from Amazon Europe and i'm ready to create a new account.
I live in the USA. I'm not clear on 2 points:

1- For Italy and Spain I need to have an account in Europe. I guesss. I cannot use my old one. Is there an easy way to get a new one from the US?

2- if I remember wellwhen I created my Amazon Europe account, they ask me a copy of my ID. If I use a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ name it can of difficult.

Any recommendations?
