Urgent help request on amazon verification

My amazon is suspended. I have created a new amazon account with different name, address, bank account,....

A few days later, I get email from amazon and I am asked for ID verification. I need upload my validation for EID, copy of my ID, utilities bill, ...

What i can do to pass by the validation?
