Difficulties with opening Amazon UK account
 

I am hoping you guys can give me some advise on this one.

Long story short, Amazon UK has been a real (and slow) pain in the a**. I want to open an account under my real ID. They requested me to open it as a business, so I did. Now they ask for additional documents which I can provide except one:

"Copy of household expenses, e.g. utility (gas, water, electricity, etc.), telephone or internet bill showing the address the business is established at (cannot be older than 3 months)"

I make use of a registered office service for my business address, and therefore can not supply the requested documents.

Now, should I tell Amazon that i can not supply the documents and ask them for other options or should I send some ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ones? Last resort would be change address of the business to a friend, but that would take long time and I need to find a friend who is willing to do that first.

I assume ⊗⊗⊗⊗ ones are risky because at least 500 companies are registered there.

You must have a rental contract for the registered office or some form of paperwork Send that with a covering letter.

Didn't work. Its has now taken 3 months and not yet registered with them. Amazon UK is the worst, feels like talking to monkeys. They ask me to submit this and that,...

Nvm, I tried to submit legit documents, now I just go stealth, f* them.

If you found difficulties with the verification team, try to escalate it to managingdirector@amazon.co.uk

They are quite reliable sometimes. SOMETIMES of course.
