credit card details need updating.
 

Just received the notice (in common with some others) about credit card update. is there a time limit? just been asked to provide new credit card details but it might take a few days for me to organise it. What about current orders waiting to be dispatched.. I can't get the info of my account. Is there any way around this? Don't want to be banned for poor performance because I can't ship my orders? Would really be grateful for some advice!!

Just carry on as normal till you can update. This will notice will only cause a problem when your ready for a disbursement, you will not be able to get funds until amazon have the info.

Hi, yes this is the problem. My disbursement was stopped and I now can't access any info except the page asking for CC update.

the only thing you can do now is update your credit card, other than that you can't do anything. Even can't print shipping label or view your order.

yes it's crazy... I probably won't be able to get the credit card until next week.....already have about 100 orders outstanding ( I am getting the emails) but cannot dispatch any of them!! My account will probably be toast before I can update the cc details. (I can't even switch off my inventory to stop the madness!)

Have to try entropay yet? it work for me. You also better run as fast as you can to get a working credit card or call your bank to change the address quick

Have you tried e mailing seller performance and explaining the issue that you are unable to ship orders due to your credit card information saying your CC won't arrive till next week. Have you another card you can use, from my understanding amazon don't do an address check on a new card.

thanks for replies. I am a bit wary of emailing seller support as was worried they might just block account? I now have a new credit card but can't change the address until Monday (have to visit branch)..... I don't think this would pass the AVS (until changed)?

Hmm. I am using Neteller virtual CC with no issues.. Amazon check address of the CC?

I am sure when you add a new card amazon don't do an AVS check.

Entropay has not been working with Amazon lately - at least not for me. Anyone have luck with this?

and so.... I have updated CC details but now I am being asked to provide primary contact information and passport or driving license for Amazon seller payment account. I am using a slightly different stealth name so this would not be easy.

I am continuing to ship orders as normal but am I right in thinking that my next scheduled disbursement won't happen ? (about £2000 )

If I close this account.... would I be able to get payment of outstanding funds (eventually... I don't mind waiting if I have to)

What did you use to update the CC?

Id is going to be required for every account at some point soon.

If you close your account they will send the money after 90 days.

Be creative and give them the docs they want.

Freakzilla, he inputted his CC so he could access his account is you read the original post.

OK Buddy, you have about 60 days to supply the information, your next payment will come on time. As your account is not verified I assume you only get disbursements every 14 days.

At this time I assume they are only asking for PP or DL number not a scanned copy, if its number just supply in Seller Central and you may pass. If they want scanned copies be creative with Photoshop

He doesn't state if he is adding his actual credit card or a form of gift card.
