Amazon Stealth with FBA?

Anyone have any experience running a Stealth Account and using Fulfillment By Amazon?

My Amazon account recently got banned, and I am looking into purchasing a VPS (which if anyone has a suggestion that would be great) to create a new account on. Before I got suspended I was only doing sales through their FBA program, and I would like to continue that.

Firstly, why were you suspended? If you don't resolve those issues the same will happen again. Its very rare accounts are suspended with FBA unless your selling counterfeit product.

The items were not ⊗⊗⊗⊗. We just were not authorized to sell them. Once they saw the invoices, they suspended us. We won't be selling any of those items anymore. We plan on only selling items which we have direct authorization from brand.

Why using VPS when you have many more solid options to go with

Would you say buying a cheap laptop and using a mobile hotspot would be better?

First, don't need to buy another laptop. Just use new user account
Second, use data from your phone or get the basic internet cable or DSL. You are in control of your IP info

Won't the MAC Address be the same if I use the same network adapter on the same computer? I am guessing I would have to spoof it or change it.

Amazon DO NOT see your MAC address. You just need NEW IP and new user account

Do you mean sharing with us the events that lead to the suspension?

The products that I were selling were all authentic items. The supplier we were getting them from however was not the brand nor were they authorized resellers. The products were from a big name brand, but as you know most brands won't sell to small companies in smaller quantities. Some factories in China however are able to obtain the products through their own backdoor ways and sell it to us.

Some customers may have received defective items that were damaged in transport and may have suspected that they were counterfeit items. When Amazon requested us to send invoices, all we had were from the China companies that obtained it for us. Obviously, they were not able to confirm the authenticity of the items. However, they were are real products. I had many feedback and product reviews from customers affirming authenticity.

In my appeal, I told them I would only sell items going forward that I have direct connection with the brand or an authorized reseller. Unfortunately, they denied the appeal. If anyone has any tips if there is a way I can appeal again, it would be much appreciated.

Amazon view on this would be you were buying product from China, not licensed for sale in the US or assume its counterfeit. They will not take any risks and why should they.

I suggest you look at opening a new account as this one is dead, sorry.

Already got a new one up and running. When people get linked for multiple accounts, when does it usually happen? Just want to make sure I am clear from that.

Also, what do they start looking at when they doing a review? I have a EIN registered, UPS P.O. Box, Tracphone, and legit invoices for all the products I am going to sell.

Linking can happen at any time. Usually if the account is month old,the only way would get linked is by being careless.
Review's can also be at anytime, most are just silent reviews, rolling reserve etc.
Just go slow and be patient.
If you do FBA it is unlikely you will get a review unless a customer complains about the product.

I would be very upset if I bought something from Amazon and it was ⊗⊗⊗⊗. ⊗⊗⊗⊗ seller sell ⊗⊗⊗⊗ merchandise. Can't even buy Apple headphones on online marketplaces.

I plan on solely doing FBA, so hopefully they don't close my account for selling too much.

Basically you cannot sell to much on FBA

Why would it be a bad thing to sell a lot with FBA? I have invoices and any required document to back up the items. I did the same thing with my legit account when I first started too.
