Appealing the removal of selling privileges - impossible??

I got the dreaded "Amaz0n.com selling privileges have been removed‏" because i have created detail pages for products that already exist in our catalog. Our policies prohibit creating duplicate product detail pages. Sellers should determine whether the product is already offered on Amazon.com before creating a new page.

yes that easy reinstatement .. u need to appeal tell them you will read the rules and regulation and you will not create a duplicate page and tell them before creating a new UPC to make sure one does not exist already .
