Amazon Fee can not be taken from CC, can it be taken from deposit bank account?
 

Hello everyone,

I am a UK seller and have stopped selling on Amazon France long time ago, just had a refund from buyer of over 500 euro on Amazon France and created a negative amount as a Fee needed to be charged from the CC, and the charge has been failed obliviously.

My question is : Can Amazon take the charge from my deposit bank?

I had an email from Amazon France ask me to update my CC, or pay by bank transfer to a bank account of Amazon, along with a reference number, should I just do the bank transfer?

I am afraid if I do the bank transfer, Amazon can see the bank holder's name, which is my real name. Amazon hates my real name, I had an Amazon account with my name and was closed and some other Amazon accounts believed link with my name and was closed in the past.

Please can anyone give advice.

Yes they can debit your bank account, its in the T&C. You need to keep the account empty.

Was this a deleted account or suspended ? Was the CC on file still valid ?

If you were to change the CC details to some random number, I wonder if they can still charge the card you had on file previously ...

I used to have a valid debit on my seller amaz0n acc..
but, if my seller balance was 0 and the amaz0n acc charges the monthly fee to the debit card thinking its a credit card // then amaz0n will know its not a valid card and can blocked for not being a valid credit card
