eBay Suspended & PayPal Limited Forums - Any working Prepaid gift card ?

well sandman provided a create website, which i managed to use, and there's a simular website for the firstdata database, or if you have a merchant account you can go through that. plus some other sites, we actually security folks that were talking on how to prevent the acceptance of prepaid cards via api / bin database which is what amazon implemented.

https://www.bindb.com/bin-database.html is how you find out if the card will be accepted or not. have tested approx 100 so far, 1 works, 1 yet to test, 1 cannot obtain, which is the chase prepaid as mentioned above.

I know you folks need this, but damn i don't need amazon blocking this, so i have to find another card for you guys and i will, always need a backup..

also, someone stated td bank prepaid don't work, however i believe td card would work, but the prepaid has to start with a certain bin number.... could just depend on where you obtain it/state/ td card starts with 405412 and will work if you can obtain it.

Chase no longer carry gift cards to my knowledge. I use to buy them and they stop issuing them now. I will check officially on Monday.

I use amazon US, i'm currently in US, but im from the UK. I haven't opened UK for myself before, open a couple for my brother a while back, haven't tried it recently, but i need to open one and will do so, as he needs a new one. So check back in a day or two and i may have an updated on the uk amazon.

as far as the database "mayflower" was talking about, you don't really need to trouble yourself with that. I was just analyzing how amazons new system works, and what can be done to get us up and running. There's much more that goes into it, but don't really want to state it here, as i dont want them targeting a specific processing vendor. i.e card issuer, greendot matabank.

i'm opening 2 new accounts now , will post back later on result.

p.s. do let me know which uk prepaids you tried and now don't work. i know primeidt used to work.

So Vanilla cards are not working for everyone or just a couple of people. I am opening up a stealth account right now and am stuck in this step

Vanilla Gift Cards no longer work for anyone. There are a few other gift cards that have been reported to work, for the time being.
