Problem with Amazon.ca accounts (Credit card verification failed)
 

Hi fellow Aspkin members,

I've been a lurker for a few time now and I've always found helpful advice here so I figured I take my chances and ask something I need help with.

I currently operate several stealth accounts, mainly on Amazon.ca.
Opening accounts has never really been a challenge using most pre-paid or online VCC.

Now, one of my accounts is having it's seller central limited due to invalid credit card information. As of now, I tried cards from Entropay, a local Pre-paid mastercard, and 5 different VCC.
They have all failed to update the "charge method" on the account and I am unable to see orders or get the order reports for that matter.

Has anyone here ever experienced this, where you can open an account with pretty much any card, but once they do an additional check, no card seems to work. Is it because they just banned all pre-paid and VCC's?

The thing is I urgently need to access information on this account and any help would be appreciated. If anyone can suggest a working prepaid/v/CC that would work, I'm willing to pay. What do you guys do when such a check appears?

I have seen the threads and have been looking at the answers a lot.
Mostly speculation about what could or couldn't work.

Seems like there has been a crack down by Amazon lately.
The thing is I'm looking for a decent solution.
If anyone has an idea, I'm all ears!

the quick solution would be to use a real cc while you find a vcc
use visa debit details they should work and when you find a vcc replace it

yes i have a card that works. have tried dozens also, but i'm trying 2 more tomorrow, will be updating on result. Trying to find an alternative card first prior to dishing them out, as everyone using 1 card is bound to get amazon flagging it.

mr canada, do see if you can get a Titanium+ Prepaid Card , perhaps it may work and you could hopefully can be activated temporarily.

You need a proper credit card. In most instances you can add your own if its done correctly.

Hi Canadian sellers.. i am in Canada too... I wonder how you run several seller accounts? We only have rogers available in our area so..which means one cable... Even if i change to like Fido, they still use rogers cable. I have to cancel rogers to switch to fido which is meaningless. How do i get several IPS to register 2nd account? Because i've heard from a fridnd VPN doesn't work anymore?
