Amazon "pending research or incorrect billing info."
 

amazon stealth account is three weeks old. today was supposed to be the day that my payments are disbursed to my bank account. I suddenly cant login. Supposedly amazon specialists will be in contact via email within 24 hours. but can someone please be realistic and suggest if im getting banned or is this very normal and the account will be up and running again? Thanks

Your account was deleted. It is done. You won't see that money again. There will be no contact from specialist ever.

You only option now is send an email to jeff@amazon.com and ask what happen to your account? You might get an answer but the chance is very small

Another option is file a complaint with Better Business Bureau: Start With Trust® someone will respond to your case but not guarantee the result.

Also list the step how you open and operate the account. Have you been suspended from Amazon before?

You must linked this stealth account to your real suspended account some how. List all the steps you created the account

Purchased a vpn
Different computer
Sold completely different things this time (video games and ps3 chargers)
I havent had any troubles AT ALL Whatsoever. This morning when it was supposed to be the day the funds will disburse, the account just stopped working.

Cant login anymore and thats it. No signs of issues. Had three reviews one negative for bad shipping time though

you tried clearing your cookies?

Many times I cannot log in to my account says email invalid, ... I clear my cookies and try again and all good

Try logging in with a different browser, if you still cannot log your account is deleted.

As the account is 3 weeks old I would suspect they have deleted your account due to the products you are selling. Maybe a rights owner has purchased one of your items and informed amazon your product os counterfeit or you are not a licensed reseller.

I don't think you were linked for multiple accounts.

Were you using false information for CC/Bank?

I don't think one negative feedback would cause the deletion of your account.

the credit card on file i know is invalid with no money on it. the bank is a prepaid card metabank. Is there anything I can do,or service someone provides or this it wouldnt be that bad if i was able to login to get a feel for what is going on

Have you tried calling?

If you call and they can not find your account you will know the account is deleted.

Metabank is a very risky bank by-the-way and amazon is know for testing the credit card with some people saying up to $25.00

its on hold "pending research" ..but when searching allover google there are alot of stories about amazon never replying back etc. i called and a woman assured me that there would be communication, its been 24 hours and i havent seen it yet
