I am thinking that after some time amazon would purge old data from their database ...

Most of us here chose to FORGET the suspended info. If you want to be the first one to test out new theory, try it and report it back :)

What do you recommend?
If they delete the data, the data is deleted.

If they don't, it is retained.

I assure you, nothing you say or do will change that policy, whatever it may be.

You can't delete a limited account.
