Responding to feedback

Hi i got my first negative fb on amazon and i responded to it, but want to add a little something to my response. I know you cannot edit your feedback responses, but am i able to remove my response and then resubmit a different response? Thank you

You cannot edit, but you can remove.

Have you tried requesting to get the feedback removed through seller central. This is now automated, word it correctly it will be removed automatically.

Do you know in what situations they would be willing to remove the negative feedback?

And what exactly do you mean "word it correctly" thanks
