From what I understand, the employees of the seller performance team are just doing there job & having to follow strict guidelines given.

I guess, if you make more than $50K a month your're considered a VIS and have a higher chance on getting reinstated, compared to small sellers.

Also, Amazon relys on there special algorithm. Which means everything is system detected. Sometimes it's hard to beat the system.

The entire article is bullsh!t. The author doesn't even have the intelligence to use spell-check. This is just a keyword targeted "blog post" attempting to gain an affiliate commission from people searching the words "amazon suspension" and "seller performance", nothing more. I assure you, Seller Performance spends much more than 1 minute of their time reviewing suspended accounts for re-reinstatement. There are only some 2 million sellers on Amazon, which is paltry compared to eBays over 10 million.

The majority of sellers on Amazon are NOT under review from Seller Performance most of the time. They have enough man-power to individually review every suspended account.
