Amazon Stealth

How do i go about opening a new Amazon account without being traced or linked. I dont think I can sign up for a new EIN because you only get 1 EIN per person. I was banned because i tagged another sellers upc barcode. I thought since we both had the same item and purchased it from basically the same vendor it was the same thing. I was new back then but now I know.

I have a new ISP and Reformatted my Computer.

some people may do it differently. but i just state that i'm not a us citizen. then you click a different country where to pay your taxes. .i.e france, enter a french address, then when it askes where you're shipping from, enter a us address and done.

I do apologize but this doesnt make sense to me. I can still use my old EIN for this purpose?
