Amazon CA. Requiring tax info before listing the first item? :mod::ranger:

before was able to sell maybe 1k before hit with it. now its immediate ? the big boys chime in please. I started a usa acct and then hit the pull down in seller central to go to Amazon ca. then logged in to sell. went to list media item. looks like it listed then did not show up in listing. went to look and says suspended until tax infos is received. this is before even first item is listed?

Yes things are always changing. Just enter the tax info.

on an act that has had 0 sales ? im not sure i would want to do that. but also its a verified acct so maybe. I have 2 Ca. accts like that right now. suspended for tax infos after 0 sales or 1 sale

So I guess you don't want to sell on .ca........If you want to sell you have to supply the information.

regarding USA acc's, what happens if they ask for drivers license # (and if you don't possess a drivers license?)

halfy, I've never seen them ask for DL# just for listing.

there are some advantages so maybe its worth using an LLC to see, i think it has something to do with the dollar amount listed and qty. maybe should start with 1 qty.
