I got banned a while ago, got few questions
 

Hey everyone,

I've got banned a while ago.

Basically my friend purchased some computer accessories for me a while ago. It was about $300-$400 price range. He used my account but he used his CC. After some time he asked for a chargeback and think he got his money back.

What happened then was that I still have those computer accessories but I can't login to my account. Well, I can but after some time passes I have to reset my password again.

In the past I've used this account for years for personal purchases using my personal credit card.

I've read few stickies. I still have few questions:

1)If I create new account - will I be able to use my personal CC there and not get banned?
2)Is there any way to unsuspend my account? My friend has already sent out fax and stuff but Amazon support hasn't emailed us for months. This happened back in February.
3)If I create new account - will I be able to continue using my personal billing address and not get banned?
4)If I create new account and try to buy something on it using my personal credit card & billing address - is there any chance Amazon will take away chargeback money back to them from my personal credit card?
