I have no experience on selling on amazon.mx but I have had a lot of issues shipping to Mexico. Almost no tracking and long transit times.

Shipping to Mexico is a NIGHTMARE unless the person you are shipping to lives in a major city. My uncle has a vacation home there. I sent him a Christmas gift and it finally got there in February.
