Amazon asking for tax info?
 

Amazon is asking for tax info, my listings are still up and it allows me to list new things, at what point do they block you (US account) till you provide this info?


I know with paypal it's 200 sales AND $20K, but if you are on "pace" for 200sales/$20k, than they ask you for the info, but they don't require it unless you hit 200 sales/$20k.

Is Amazon same way? Should i stay under 200sales/$20k both and will that work?

50 items sold is the exact number for amazon.

I recently got back on amazon. I have had only about 25 sales and they are now asking for tax id..don't even think I've reach $2,000 yet

and when you reach 50 items you will be locked out of selling until you supply tax info

they will ask anytime but will cut you off at 50 sales

There is no other way to open a company. You must use your real info. Same as bank.

Dont mess with the IRS with made up stuff.
