High ODR Plan of Action

Whats the best plan of action for high odr rate? Had a spike of claim do about 1000k orders a month had spike to 4% in drop shipments. Still can ship FBA?

Not sure what to do. Amazon changed our Order Handling time from 30 days to 2 without telling us which helped cause the problem.Their was a manufactering problem with 2 of the items . We have about 800 skus.
