For the UK Amz, There is a solution I have found but its not too ideal.

I activated an account this week but had to use one of my own Debit Cards. Maybe for future stealth accounts, You will need a current account to go with it.

I tried multiple VCC's and none of them worked.

you added your own bank to a stealth account that previously was in a different name... that works?
