New Address for Amazon Account (how can I be sure it was not used)?
 

Hi,

I would like to buy a UPS store box but how can I be sure that nobody ever used that UPS store to open an Amazon account? The Stealth guide states that the address must be a new address that has never been used to open an account. How can anyone know the history of the address? Also, if I move, it is likely that the previous owner/tenant used the address.
Any insight would be appreciated.

there is no way of knowing for sure.

Yankee is right, you can never be 100% sure. But you CAN open an account at an address where a previous occupant had an eBay account. It is just that the previous occupant could not have been BANNED by eBay. When you use the UPS store address, be sure to use the box number - like 222 Stealth Street, UNIT 502 - and you should be good to go. The odds that someone who had the box before you had an eBay account banned would have to be VERY SMALL.

In other words, it is not something I would be overly worried about.
