⊗⊗⊗⊗ Amazon complaints!! what to do?
 

So basically Amazon wrote to me saying that someone has reported they received a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ item from me.

I had one person try to buy the item in question and the cancel. Therefore it is impossible for them to know the authenticity as I did not ship them anything!

Amazon has now blocked me from listing this product

What is the best thing to do..? This has really annoyed me, as you all know the volatile state amazon is in I and dont want to lose a perfectly good account.

Give them proof that it is real, photos of receipts, etc.

How long from that report till Amazon blocked you from listing the product?

Is this your own brand or you are reselling some other product already listed?

I think if you read the email correctly it will say your listing is blocked and if you are sure of the ASIN,quality etc then relist the item.
