Can they check if a card is prepaid ? Because it seems so...

amazon cards for seller cards are available from marketplace sellers

I assume the cards being sold are pre-paid cards and it seems now amz could be having new methods to determine if a card is prepaid or not.
For buyers,pre-paid are ok.

Yes you can I use entropay all the time for buying.

Oh really, what type of items are you buying? Clothes? Laptops or phones? Gold? High ticket items or cheap items.?

Yes they add to my paypal then i get an error saying to contact the merchant and that my account hasnt been charged yet.

It was working just 1 month ago, ive noticed a significant difference after the spit.

I am using a brand new account though.

Whats the problem? new accounts?

Because all my new accounts will not allow me to make a purchase.

I called paypal they said their security system is declining the transaction because of the risk.

The paypal ebay split makes sense? Same with all the banning of prepaid banks that use to work.
