anyone ever have issues liosting old products from banned account

im looking to add some products from old occount that sold well. not the ones that got me banned . there is no way for amazon to know who is selling what from a banned acount right? if that be the case alot of sellers would get blocked because some items are resold by many different seller?

If you a piggy backing on a listing than probably not a problem. If you are creating your own listing or had control of it I would advise buying a block of new SKU numbers for $10 or whatever and starting over with new pics, description, etc.

awesome i am piggybanking off other popular items. the items i had uder my own brand i have not even considered, i may creat a new brand with asin ,upc'sas you stated.man thank for that reply

Just make sure you have a ratio of 5 new items to 1 old item and you will be fine. Sell at the lowest price you can or you will sell nothing especially if you are a new seller.
