Strange Gold Block Listings

Just got back from vacation to find 2 Variation Listings with the Gold Block on them.
These are Fulfilled.
Strange thing is, the listings are still active, show up in search, and have had a sale from them.
Do you think I should contact AZ to find out what is going on, or let sleeping dogs lie??
